Bryan Lucay, President/CEO has over 25 years of experience in the building industry of which 17 years of combined employment has been with Shea Homes & Brookfield Homes in the Bay Area and 11 years as the President/CEO of GroundWork’s Inc. Bryan started his carrier in 1986 remodeling homes leading into the building industry working his way up through ranks. Bryan’s experience as home builder includes Customer Service, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Project Manager, Offsite Manager, Project budgeting. Bryan leads Plan B General Contracting with the expertise and experience to meet the demands of today’s consumer ensuring the precision and quality of every project.
